The Production Trainee is responsible for carrying out all routine operations and operating equipment within the plant.
Ownership

Safely operate all production machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, hoses, etc.

Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician I performs diversified maintenance duties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to support the business goals and objectives.
Ownership

Perform all assigned preventative work order task safely and in a timely manner.

Complete work entries in CMMS system for downtime tracking.

Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production operations.

Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machines.

Position Summary
The Facility Controller is a key leader on the Facility leadership team. Contributes to all areas of Facility management and provides strong financial leadership. The Facility Controller is responsible for planning and coordinating Facility budget and business planning activities in alignment with corporate policies and practices. The Maintenance Technician I performs diversified maintenance duties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to support the business goals and objectives.

Position Summary
The Field Sales Manager builds the Milo’s brand throughout the assigned territory through daily engagement with retailers, Key Decision Makers, and consumers. Improving the retail placement and treatment of our products within current retailers, as well as expanding the brand to new ones. They develop business plans specific to their territories and build internal and external alignment. They implement their strategy with cross-functional teamwork and communication. They partner with retailers to profitably grow sales within the assigned territory.

POSITION SUMMARY

Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the Finance, Accounting and IT functions of the company, through building and growing cohesive, high performing, self-led TEAms.
Ownership
- Financial Management: Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing. POSITION SUMMARY
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising production employees by implementing policies and recommending improvements for production needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Improve safety processes and behaviors to prevent accidents and injuries.

Plan, schedule and execute production operations and establish priorities.

Ensure process controls are established and adhered to for operational consistency.

Maintain knowledge and understanding of HACCP concepts and plant sanitation.

Review reports and resolve production and maintenance problems to prevent operational delays.

Achieve stated goals for efficiency, waste, and direct costs.

Inspect equipment to ensure operational performance and optimal utilization.

Develop and implement standard operational and working practices.

Compile, store, and retrieve production data.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree preferred but not required. Desired experience in a production environment with food or beverage industry.

Applicants must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence, speak effectively before groups and perform basic mathematical calculations.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office Suite to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and use of plant specific software systems.

Summary
Serve as Finance leader responsible for administering the corporate financial forecasting and budgeting process. In addition to leading the financial forecasting and budgeting process, core responsibilities of this role will include managing the process for making strategic corporate investments; evaluating project-related returns on investment; managing process for determining corporate CapEx strategy, allocation, and tracking; and performing revenue optimization analysis.
Ownership
- Refine and maintain robust, financial forecasting process with strong connectivity to Milo’s other corporate planning functions (sales, operations, people)
- Lead process to facilitate financial forecasting / budgeting review activities with Milo’s Executive TEAm and Business / Functional Leaders
- Lead efforts to analyze past performance, assess future conditions, and provide actionable insights to improve performance
- Manage process for reporting and evaluating variances to financial forecast
- Develop strong working relationships with Finance Business Partners to ensure consistency in Business / Functional level reviews of performance
- Manage process for synthesizing complex financial information into communication materials that are geared to the appropriate audience (Board, Executive, Team)
- Manage financial calendar to ensure connectivity of key finance processes with Milo’s governance processes
- Provide insight on Milo’s financial risks and mitigation activities
- Facilitate Milo’s capital management and allocation process; manage capex reporting process and tracking of spend
- Manage process to evaluate strategic investments which might include acquisitions
- Maintain processes and tools to perform ROI analysis in key initiatives and projects
- Maintain valuation process and related methods / tools; manage quarterly valuation process
- Perform revenue optimization analysis
- Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with Milo’s Accounting and Tax Leaders to ensure connectivity or processes and effective controls of information
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Milo’s Business and Functional Leaders

SUMMARY
The Plant Manager directs and manages all plant operations with overall responsibility for facility success.
Ownership
- Direct and manage plant operations including Production, Logistics, and Quality work indirectly with the management team for maintenance, quality, logistics, and supply chain at the corporate office.
- Facilitate on-time production of all finished goods according to Milo’s quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in the plant and be the person responsible for liaison with State and Federal authorities.
- Drive continuous improvement projects and processes by recommending measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality standards.
- Engage a culture of high performance and accountability in quality, employee engagement, OEE and safety.
- Uphold and manage team participation in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve productivity and efficiency of operations.
- Implement cost-effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower, wages, and salaries while minimizing overtime.
- Coordinate plant activities with headquarters and departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
