RESPONSIBILITES

 

 
  • Complete pre-shift brew set-up process and ensure machines are ready for operation.  
  • Perform brew rinse procedures and properly reassemble piping as required.  
  • Responsible for executing weekly brew schedule. 
  • Verify all CIP processes are completed, and all conditions are satisfactory.  
  • Manage bottle cut procedures and communicate with assigned areas of production.  
  • Offer suggestions on how to improve the overall efficiency of the brew stations. 
  • Ensure beverages are brewed with strict adherence to scheduled run times.  
  • Partner with maintenance team on continuous improvement projects for the brew station. 
  • Review all downtimes in brew room and assist in reducing or eliminating such D/T. 
  • Routinely monitor temperature and pressure gauges. 
  • Ensure all paperwork has been completed for pre/post shift activities. 
  • Brew beverages that meet all ingredient specifications, quality standards and health requirements. 
  • Oversee cleaning of sugar tank to meet requirements of safety and quality. 
  • Coach, mentor, and train brewers on all processes and procedures.  
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends as required. 
  • Upholds and participates in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities. 
  • This position has responsibilities related to Food Safety and Quality. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • All applicants must have either a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • All applicants must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and basic mathematical functions. 

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, see, talk and hear. The employee is required to stand, walk, stoop or kneel. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.  

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. All applicants must have the ability to stay at work station for five continuous hours.
