Summary:

The Senior Director of Key Accounts will grow and develop trust, relationships, and sales with key customers and within their communities. Provide leadership to Directors of Key Accounts that supports their growth and development. Responsible for achieving maximum profitable sales within existing and new customers across multiple channels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business and strategic growth planning for established key accounts and new channel opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Directors of Key Accounts and drive TEAm alignment with company strategy, vision, and priorities.
  • Review and analyze account sales and market reports weekly to uncover specific opportunities and develop action plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and ensure Sales Plan achievement.
  • Forecast expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products and customers.
  • Analyze sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand,
  • trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Provide support and closely collaborate with Milo’s Retail Sales Team by identifying opportunities and objectives to achieve customer success.
  • Develop strategies and sales pitches by brokering relationships to ensure retail execution and category success.
  • Ensure buyer engagement by routinely performing sales presentations, store walk-throughs and communicate sales opportunities to management.
  • Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
  • This position has food Safety Responsibilities.
  • Other responsibilities, as necessary.

Supervisory

  • This position has supervisory responsibilities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • +10 years related sales/account experience
  • +7 years CPG Walmart Account Experience
  • Bonus: Internal Walmart Experience
  • Must live in NW Arkansas
