Position Summary:

The Associate Brand Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand strategies, develop marketing campaigns, analyze market trends to ensure that our products continue to resonate with consumers, and commercialize new products to enhance brand equity and increase market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive product trial, and grow market share.
  • New Product Development: Work with the product development team on innovation projects, including concept development, packaging design, and go-to market strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various departments including sales, operations, finance, and R&D to ensure brand alignment and execution of initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key brand performance metrics, including market share, sales, and profitability, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Insights & Analytics: Analyze and interpret market trends, syndicated data, and consumer research to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Brand Loyalty: Build brand loyalty, drive trial, and encourage repeat purchases.

 

Supervisory:

 

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field required; Masters/ MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or beverage industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of brand foundational tools, consumer insight identification, segmentation and target development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Experience with syndicated data sources (such as Nielsen/IRI)
