Position Summary:
The Director of Revenue Growth Leadership (RGL) is responsible for creating a vision and pathway towards a dedicated RGL Center of Excellence that works cross-functionally to develop and implement revenue growth, savings and profitability strategies ensuring the Milo’s consumer is at the heart of every decision.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes and leads a center of excellence (COE) for pricing, promotion/trade effectiveness, trade architecture, mix management and assortment.
- Meets regularly with industry leaders and third-party consultants, constantly assessing the RGL landscape and bringing back learnings that can be executed at Milo’s.
- Establishes and executes a RGL vision and 3-year roadmap that is upheld by people, processes and leading-edge tools.
- Communicates the RGL vision to the enterprise and is an influential leader throughout the organization. Establishes full RGL training program with certification program that includes interactive training materials that is a part of new HQ sales associates’ onboarding.
- Responsible for pricing that includes the strategic and tactical process of finding the right balance between attracting consumers, maximizing profitable revenue, and optimizing profitability to ensure sustainable growth.
- Responsible for promotional effectiveness assessing how well promotions contribute to sales lifts, customer relationships, and boosting profitable revenue. Establishes promotional guidelines for sales leadership.
- Responsible for trade architecture that encompasses the various elements of trade promotion, pricing, product assortment, and distribution strategies designed to maximize the performance of products within retail channels.
- Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
- This position has food Safety Responsibilities.

Supervisory:
- This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and ten (10) years’ relative CPG experience with supervisory and cross-functional responsibilities, and experience in the CPG industry managing complex commercialization initiatives
- Deep understanding of Milo’s Tea Company products, business complexities, sales and marketing strategies and dynamics, and a history of the Company’s growth with lessons learned from the past.
- Analytical + financial acumen and understanding how decisions impact the P&L.
- Passionate about Milo’s consumers and their experiences with the brand.
- Servant leadership skills and ability to inspire and influence other leaders and their teams.
- Active listening, communication, reflection, and intuition to connect the dots.
