Summary:
Responsible for gathering and analyzing data on equipment in order to prevent any failures that could impede business operations and potentially lead to downtime or a loss in profits.
Responsibilities
Gather basic reliability data from field studies or database and correlates the data for analysis.
Performs root cause failure analysis to help prevent failures.
Develop Preventative Maintenance Action Plan on Weekly Basis.
Considers impact of costs on recommended action plans for avoiding/correcting problems during the design phase or remedial action for correcting reliability problems on installed equipment.
Work with Maintenance Team to Plan and Schedule Resources for Preventative Maintenance Work.
Develop and Maintain Predictive Analytics to monitor and prevent equipment failures.
Prepare maintenance work plans and maintains daily work schedules for effective production and maintenance outcomes.
Create, maintain, and schedule standard work plans.
Monitor, maintain, and communicate planned work order backlog to Leadership.
Make recommendations to Leadership to reduce critical downtime issues.
Uphold and manage team participation in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
Supervisory
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
All applicants must hold a B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering and have 2+ years’ experience. Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
