The Facilities Maintenance Associate will maintain the Facility’s buildings and grounds to ensure a clean and safe working environment for our Associates and adherence to food safety standards.

Ownership

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of buildings and grounds
• Perform lightly skilled maintenance functions
• Maintain Facilities and Janitorial inventory levels
• Coordinate the maintenance of facilities cleaning equipment
• The position has Food Safety Responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School / Trade of Vocational School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and directions.

Physical Demands

• Standing for prolonged periods, Lifting up to 50 pounds, Working from ladders or lifts up to 40 feet, Working in extreme weather and conditions
