Position Summary:
The Director of Omni Shopper Marketing is responsible for working cross-functionally to develop and execute marketing strategies across channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement while ensuring a consistent customer experience. This role involves creating strategies that meet business goals, determining the best way to reach target audiences, using data for customer segmentation, and measuring campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
Omni Channel Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive omni channel marketing strategies that integrate online and offline activities to drive sales and brand engagement. Ensure a seamless experience across all consumer touchpoints. Develop best-practices and Omni thought-leadership.
Customer Marketing:. Create and execute programs that enhance the shopping experience and drive purchase behavior. Collaborate with retailers to develop joint marketing initiatives and promotions. Develop targeted marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers, leveraging data and insights to personalize communications. Aid the customer area teams in executing cross-functional JBP strategy.
Retail Media Network Management: Lead the planning and execution of campaigns on retail media networks, optimizing performance through data-driven insights. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure effective collaboration and execution of marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand marketing, sales, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support marketing activities. Communicate with leaders on Omni budget cascades, tactical plans, and performance reporting.
Performance Analytics & Budget Management: Own and manage the omni marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Leadership and Team Development: Lead a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance and coaching to support team members to achieve business goals.

This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in shopper or omni marketing
People management experience required
Consumer package goods industry experience or similar experience preferred
Strong sales, marketing, media/creative, category planning and/or analytical background
Strong oral and written communication skills, including reporting and presentation skills
Excellent organization and project management skills
Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
Savvy with business intelligence tools/software and budget management
Ability to effectively summarize sophisticated information upwards and influence sales leadership to drive appropriate action
Strong at forging internal/external relationships and commanding trust/respect of others
Proven track record to coordinate a strategic vision and a team of individuals in a fast-paced, results driven environment
Ability to interpret retailer media plans and expected performance metrics.
Understanding of e-commerce and e-content infrastructure necessary to drive both instore and grocery pick up/Delivery sales.
Experience with Retail Media Networks and retailer search strategies.
