Position Summary:
The HRIS/Workday Specialist will act as the subject matter expert for the organization’s HCM, and provide frontline support, training, and improvements to the HCM.
Ownership:
- Partner with department leaders to help define business requirements, implement, test, and deploy changes to business processes.
- Serve as a core business partner and subject matter expert for People Team processes and administration.
- Developing, documenting, and maintaining current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance.
- Participate in system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation of system changes and enhancements.
- Assist users and maintain custom reports, queries and dashboards as requested.
- Develop and deliver training materials and user guides to educate employees and managers on how to effectively use Workday features and functionalities and promote adoption.
- Conduct regular audits and data integrity checks to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the HRIS system.
- Support new Workday releases by researching functionality and modules, testing, and implementation.
- Diagnose and resolve additional Workday support and usage issues.

- The position may have responsibilities related to food safety and quality.
- Other duties as assigned.
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer sciences, business administration, human resources or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of Workday experience
- Strong knowledge of People Team business processes, Workday configuration, and Workday administration
- High attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements or objectives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
