Position Summary:

The HRIS/Workday Specialist will act as the subject matter expert for the organization’s HCM, and provide frontline support, training, and improvements to the HCM.

 

Ownership:

  • Partner with department leaders to help define business requirements, implement, test, and deploy changes to business processes.
  • Serve as a core business partner and subject matter expert for People Team processes and administration.
  • Developing, documenting, and maintaining current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance.
  • Participate in system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation of system changes and enhancements.
  • Assist users and maintain custom reports, queries and dashboards as requested.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides to educate employees and managers on how to effectively use Workday features and functionalities and promote adoption.
  • Conduct regular audits and data integrity checks to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the HRIS system.
  • Support new Workday releases by researching functionality and modules, testing, and implementation.
  • Diagnose and resolve additional Workday support and usage issues.
  • Invest in and is an example of Milo’s Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components.
  • The position may have responsibilities related to food safety and quality.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer sciences, business administration, human resources or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of Workday experience
  • Strong knowledge of People Team business processes, Workday configuration, and Workday administration
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements or objectives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
