Position Summary:
Responsible for leading marketing and brand communication strategy and implementation to grow Milo’s authentic, unique position in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Define, develop, and integrate clear product positioning and messaging, differentiating our products and resonating with target core and expansion markets and consumer segments.
Blend consumer and customer insights through an entrepreneurial lens, competitive analyses and other market intelligence to accelerate brand awareness and dominance and grow Household Penetration.
Create and track optimal ROI of brand activation to ensure the right spend on the right strategies while pivoting when necessary to maximize impact.
Actively participate in the sales process and bring the marketing lens to ensure ongoing alignment between marketing and sales on how to deliver against consumer and customer needs and objectives.
Partner with cross functional teams on product launches and integration activities to drive brand awareness and demand.
Lead the development of multiyear Marketing Plan and Budget designed to increase brand awareness and drive Household Penetration within established brand guardrails with an entrepreneurial lens. Build and get alignment on the long-term destination for all aspects of brand development.
Contribute to the strategic planning process; facilitate departmental and company-wide adoption of strategic initiatives and deliver performance measures to support the strategy.
