Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and edit corporate communications content, including emails, intranet articles, digital signage, announcements, leadership messages, visual/multimedia content (graphics, presentations, videos), social media content, and press releases, with a heavy emphasis on employee communications.
Manage and maintain the content calendar for communications campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant messaging.
Collaborate with People TEAm, leadership, and other function areas to ensure employees receive clear and engaging updates on company news, strategic priorities, and metrics.
Assist in the management of internal communication platforms such as intranet, digital signage, collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint), and employee engagement apps.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure that all content aligns with the company’s brand, tone, and messaging guidelines.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in communications to continuously improve engagement strategies.
Maintain deep fluency in company history, strategy, metrics, business operations, and corporate voice and style.
Uphold and demonstrate leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and volunteering opportunities.
This position has food safety responsibilities.

Supervisory: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English, marketing, or related field preferred.
2 years of experience in communications, content creation, corporate communications, or a related field strongly preferred.
Strong writing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Computer proficiency in MS Office required. Knowledge of Monday.com or similar project tracking software preferred.
Familiarity with basic graphic design elements and software (such as Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva) required. Experience with intranet and/or digital signage software strongly preferred.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders required.
Ideal candidate will have a proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to craft engaging, audience-focused content.
