This is a hybrid position that requires you to live within a 60 mile radius of one of our manufacturing sites: Birmingham AL, Tulsa OK or Spartanburg, SC.
Position Summary: Associate Experience Manager will develop and execute People-First systems that enhance the employee experience and foster a strong sense of community, belonging, and recognition within our organization. This role will be responsible for managing the associate experience council, belonging groups, associate giving & volunteer programs, cultural recognition campaigns, and associate recognition programs. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, strategic leader who excels at program management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive Associate Experience strategy, ensuring alignment with company culture, values, and business goals.
- Organize and lead the Associate Experience Council, bringing together representatives across departments to advocate for and improve the associate experience.
- Support and oversee Belonging Groups (Employee Resource Groups/Affinity Groups), ensuring they align with company values, receive necessary resources, and drive meaningful impact.
- Manage and grow the company’s Associate Giving & Volunteer Programs, creating opportunities for employees to contribute to causes they care about.
- Design and manage Associate Recognition Programs that celebrate milestones, achievements, and contributions, ensuring employees feel valued and appreciated.
- Work with cross-functional teams to strengthen our culture of belonging through company-wide communications and experiences.
- Measure program effectiveness using employee feedback, engagement data, and participation metrics to refine and enhance initiatives.
- Maintain and update communication platforms, including intranet pages, newsletters, and digital signage, to keep associates informed and engaged.
- Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
- This position has food Safety Responsibilities.
- Other responsibilities, as necessary.
Supervisory: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, organizational development, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, internal communications, corporate social responsibility.
- Proven ability to develop, launch, and manage workplace culture initiatives and engagement programs.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office required. Knowledge of Monday.com or similar project tracking software preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
