Position Summary:
This role is a key member of the Operational Excellence team at Milo’s, supporting enterprise-wide productivity and Design-to-Value initiatives. As a TEAm member, you will contribute to delivering measurable gains in efficiency and cost reduction, while applying a continuous improvement mindset to analyze, map, and enhance critical business processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Design to Value strategies with cross-functional teams.
- Lead Productivity Initiatives across the enterprise value chain with a focus on efficiency and cost.
- Deliver measurable profit & continuous improvement impact.
- Coach associates leading DTV (Design to Value) initiatives.
- Support the organization’s strategic goals.
- Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming, including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.

- Working Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations & Equipment - CPG Preferred
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Process & Packaging engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Engineering, or Supply Chain
- 5+ years of Manufacturing Experience, CPG / Beverage preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Develop & Execute Design to Value strategies with cross-functional teams
- Lead productivity initiatives across the enterprise across the value chain, increasing efficiency & reducing cost.
