Position Summary:

This role is a key member of the Operational Excellence team at Milo’s, supporting enterprise-wide productivity and Design-to-Value initiatives. As a TEAm member, you will contribute to delivering measurable gains in efficiency and cost reduction, while applying a continuous improvement mindset to analyze, map, and enhance critical business processes across the organization. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop & Execute Design to Value strategies with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead Productivity Initiatives across the enterprise value chain with a focus on efficiency and cost.
  • Deliver measurable profit & continuous improvement impact.
  • Coach associates leading DTV (Design to Value) initiatives.
  • Support the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming, including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities. 
  • This position has food Safety Responsibilities. 
  • Other responsibilities, as necessary.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Engineering, or Supply Chain
  • 5+ years of Manufacturing Experience, CPG / Beverage preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt 

Ownership 

  • Develop & Execute Design to Value strategies with cross-functional teams
  • Lead productivity initiatives across the enterprise across the value chain, increasing efficiency & reducing cost.
  • Deliver Measurable Profit & Continuous Improvement Impact
  • Coach associates leading DTV initiatives 
  • Support the organization's strategic goals

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

 

Physical Demands
