Position Summary

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for supporting the ongoing development, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.  This role assists in user support, data management, basic automation, report creation, and ensuring data integrity.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.

  • Support data entry, data quality checks, deduplication, and maintaining data integrity.

  • Help create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business needs.

  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide first level support for Salesforce-related questions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement basic configuration changes.

  • Assist in testing and deploying updates, new features, and third-party integrations.

  • Maintain proper documentation of processes, configurations, and user guides.

  • Participate in routine audits, backups, and system health checks.

  • Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and new features through Trailhead and other resources.

  • Support end-user training and adoption efforts as needed.

  • Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.

  • This position has food Safety Responsibilities.

  • Other responsibilities, as necessary.

Supervisory

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred or in progress

  • 2-4 years of experience with Salesforce administration or CRM support

  • Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, fields, and data relationships

  • Familiarity with standard Salesforce functionality such as reports, dashboards, workflows, and validation rules

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Problem-solving mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem
