Position Summary:

The Creative Specialist will be responsible for providing graphic design, copywriting, and general creative support across various asset needs and audiences including consumers, customers, and associates—all while maintaining Brand Standards and ensuring brand consistency and cohesion across messaging and platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own assigned creative projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timely completion while upholding brand standards.

  • Design and produce assets for Milo’s Tea Co. and subsidiary brands across print, packaging, digital, and in-store channels

  • Assist with the creation and editing of social media content, including stop-motion, photography, and short-form video.

  • Write and edit compelling copy to support campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.

  • Create engaging visual content to inform, inspire, and captivate diverse audiences across multiple media outlets, internally and externally.

  • Collaborate closely with other members of the Creative Team on multimedia campaigns, photoshoots, and video production.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet commercial and promotional needs (e.g., packaging, displays, logos, banner ads, social media graphics, website content).

  • Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and production quality.

  • Review final layouts and deliverables, providing feedback and improvements as needed.

  • Ensure brand consistency and creative alignment across all campaigns and touchpoints.

  • Stay current on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging creative tools/software.

  • Manage Milo’s Corporate Records and Files and procedures through organization and maintenance of creative files, assets, and records for easy retrieval and brand continuity.

  • Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.

  • This position has food Safety Responsibilities.

  • Other responsibilities, as necessary.

Supervisory:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field, with 3 - 5 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or design role — preferably in CPG environment.

  • Proven expertise in graphic design, with a robust portfolio demonstrating versatility across print and digital—including the ability to create 3D product renderings to highlight packaging. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

  • Experience with stop-motion, photography, and/or videography and editing, including experience with platforms like Canva, CapCut, or similar is preferred.

  • Compelling copywriting skills with the ability to craft brand-right messaging across multiple channels to a wide variety of audiences.

  • Strong understanding of brand identity and ability to maintain visual and verbal consistency across assets, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including SharePoint required. Experience with a Digital Asset Management software such as Acquia, Bynder, Brandfolder, etc. is strongly preferred.
