Position Summary
The consumer path to purchase is evolving rapidly, driven by the rise of eCommerce, digital media, and omnichannel retail experiences. This role supports the Director of Omnichannel Shopper Marketing and the broader Marketing team in executing strategic initiatives across key grocery retailers and digital platforms that raise brand awareness, increase customer engagement and drive consumer conversion. The Associate Omni Marketing Manager will play a hands-on role in campaign execution, performance tracking, content management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive conversion and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Retailer & Campaign Execution
Support omnichannel marketing plans across priority retailers, ensuring timely delivery of assets and flawless execution.
Coordinate retailer search strategy with agency.
Collaborate with account teams to support customer interactions (e.g., merchants, retail media teams, eCommerce category managers).
Content & Platform Management
Oversee content syndication and accuracy across platforms (Syndigo, 1WS, Salsify).
Conduct regular content audits to ensure strong digital shelf presence.
Monitor and respond to online ratings and reviews (BazaarVoice).
Performance & Budget Tracking
Partner with Insights & Analytics to evaluate campaign performance and investment impact.
Track and reconcile budgets, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and alignment with planned spend.
Support ROI/iROAS tracking and provide optimization recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with brand / sales teams to ensure alignment, consistent messaging and experience across all stakeholders and touchpoints. Align marketing plans with brand, sales, and company priorities.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on new item launches and distribution expansion.
Facilitate contract processing and vendor setup in partnership with legal and compliance teams.
Corporate Engagement
Actively participate in corporate responsibility initiatives including sustainability, social advocacy, and volunteer programs.
Supervisory:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in shopper marketing, omnichannel marketing, or eCommerce.
Strong understanding of digital media, RMNs, and retailer platforms.
Experience with media plans, performance metrics, and content syndication tools.
Highly organized with strong program management and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with data analysis.
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and adaptable to changing business needs.
