Position Summary:
The Manager of FP&A will be responsible for providing financial analysis, modeling, and support for strategic business initiatives. This role will partner with the Senior Director, FP&A to lead key financial processes throughout the year, including quarterly forecasting and annual planning, and ownership of our FP&A tools and systems. This role will work closely with the People (HR) team to lead the budgeting and forecasting of Operating Expense, inclusive of Compensation planning across the company. This role will also support Corporate Executives, including the CEO, CFO and EVP Legal, on budgeting and forecasting their departments.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Senior Director, FP&A to lead key financial processes throughout the year, including quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and long-term strategic planning.
Analyze actual financial performance, in partnership with peers on the Finance and Accounting team, to provide insights to the executive team to enable the company to meet or exceed its financial goals.
Lead budgeting and forecasting in partnership with the People (HR) team of operating expense, inclusive of compensation and benefits planning across the company.
Support Corporate Executives, including the CEO, CFO and EVP Legal, on budgeting and forecasting their departments.
Provide financial analysis and modeling support for new initiatives and business opportunities identified by the People and Corporate teams.
Support preparation of financial presentations for the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles.
Supervisory:
This position is expected to have supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or applicable business field.
2 - 4 + years of relevant finance & people leadership experience.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software tools.
