Position Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst (Business Development) will serve as lead financial business partner to Sales, Insights, and Revenue Growth Leadership TEAms by contributing to and financially evaluating strategic opportunities and be responsible for financial management reporting on Volume, Gross Revenue, and Net Revenue with contributions to Gross Margin impact from product and customer mix and EBITDA impact from Growth Operating Expenses supporting FP&A on variance analysis and forecasting in those areas.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships across functional teams to effectively partner with the Growth TEAm, especially supporting the VP of Sales on financial modeling of strategic initiatives
Manage and own the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly forecasting budgeting process from a finance perspective for all Growth Operating Expenses
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive value-based Revenue Growth Leadership strategies including pricing, trade spend, packaging optimization, and long-term account planning
Perform monthly analyses and presentations to Growth TEAm leadership for review of company financial metrics and Growth Team budget variances
Develop reporting and perform analyses on new/existing customer strategies that support sustained customer growth, retention, profitability, and margin optimization
Own changes to Weekly Profitability Outlook for Volume, Revenue, Deductions from Revenue, and Growth OpEx which will be presented to the Executive TEAm
Proficiently conduct business and data analyses, and present data-driven recommendations for improvements and advancements
Identify and quantify critical issues, risks and opportunities and present solutions to leadership for decision-making
Uphold and demonstrate leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and volunteering opportunities

Qualifications:
BA in Finance or related degree,
4+ years FP&A experience and Finance,
MBA preferred,
CPG or Grocery Retail experience preferred
