Some weekend work required.   Ownership - Complete pre-shift inspection of forklifts and submit required daily inspection paperwork. - Ensure proper rotation of product is loaded using FIFO system. - Operate powered or manual low-lift trucks in a safe manner. - Inspect trailers for cleanliness based on SQF guidelines. - Ensure all paperwork has been completed for pre/post shift activities. - Log finished product in inventory when placed on cooler racks. - Ensure assigned areas is cleaned and sanitized per SSO guidelines. - Ensure utilization of dock locks when loading trucks. - Ensure all forklifts are placed on charge before leaving for the day. - Inspect loading equipment for defects and report deficiencies to management. - Inspect trailers meet required temperature of 36 degrees before loading product. - Responsible for the distribution of product donations as requested. - Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required. - Uphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities. - Invest in and is an example of Milo’s Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components. - This position has responsibilities related to Food Quality and Safety. - Perform other duties as assigned.   Qualifications - High school diploma or general education degree (GED). - Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Applicants must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and perform basic mathematical functions. - A valid driver’s license and a forklift and electric pallet jack certification will be required upon job placement. - Required to use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms. - Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. - Comfortable being exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, occasionally exposed to extreme cold.

Serve as a strategic partner with management to guide and influence long-term financial initiatives.   RESPONSIBILITIES - Act as Financial Business partner to assigned Department. - Review and analyze all new customer proformas with the Director of Finance and assist with recommendations. - Work as a financial business partner with the Sales, New Product and Marketing team. - Provide analysis and after-action reporting on new products and new customer profitability reports. - Analyze and report on all profitability and margin trends as needed. - Assist Sales and Marketing with creating business cases for all new customers, new items, and territory expansion. - Analyze and assist in all price increase impact discussions. - Assist the new product development team on break even analysis, new product profitability, and create financial models to track all innovation items. - Perform market sizing type activities, aiding in revenue opportunities. - Provide creative alternatives and recommendations for cost reduction and improved financial performance for all products and customers. - Perform budgeting variance and forecasting analysis for various levels of management. - Assist staff by providing information needed for budget preparation, implementation, and control. - Assist on all Board of Director presentations and ad hoc analysis as required. - Develop models and slides for the Monthly financial review which will be presented to the Executive Team monthly. - Assemble and summarize complex reports on financial status, risks, and trends. - Work closely with Director of Finance and CFO on various projects. - This position has responsibilities essential to Food Safety. - Perform other duties as assigned.   QUALIFICATIONS - Must have a four-year college degree in Accounting or Finance. - All applicants must have advanced experience with enterprise-level accounting software and Office 365 applications including but not limited to Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word. - Power BI and Prophix experience is not necessary but preferred.
