Position Summary: Responsible for the proper movement of finished product from production to the cooler racking for storage.  Responsibilities: - Complete pre-shift inspection of forklifts and submit required daily inspection paperwork. - Ensure proper rotation of product is loaded using FIFO system. - Operate all equipment  in a safe manner including but not limited to powered or manual low-lift trucks - Inspect trailers for cleanliness based on SQF guidelines.  - Ensure all paperwork has been completed for pre/post shift activities. - Log finished product in inventory when placed on cooler racks. - Ensure assigned areas is cleaned and sanitized per SSO...
